The HillaryBot™ was unable to work properly at all. It started leaking internal fluids from the rear seal one day and had to be shuffled off for diagnosis. HillaryBot™ II was released with more simplistic programming, it's designed to complain that it didn't win and constantly derive new scenarios that caused this failure, while answering any questions directed at it with nonsense answers.
