It's opposite. The whole world is freaking out because they think only black people get this treatment. In fact, they're saying a black dude who stole a taser from a cop and shot it at him was unjustly killed.
But I think this homeless guy was fucking stupid for reaching his waistband. Can't say this is a very controversial kill.

Multiple callers had reported 57-year-old Roger Schafer was at the bus stop on Eubank near Copper NE one August afternoon. They said he was armed with a gun, tossing it from hand to hand, “pulling the action back” and pointing it at traffic.
You can clearly see the homeless man put his hand towards his waistband at the very last second before getting shot.
I don't think I would have shot if I were the cop.. but even still, you don't reach for your waistband when cops are pointing their weapons at you. Kind of common sense.
