Yeah why not, free flow of people and merchandise... No borders... And that really sounds like some free trade liberal paradise the way he describes it... But for some reason, a vast landscape of total chaos and utter destruction comes to my mind. Yeah ISIS caliphate type of shit.... What's a tad shocking, is that it appears to be a plan for the whole region, it doesn't mention if any regional actor agreed already on any of that btw, and it's obviously for the sake of israel's interests, and it's presented as if neighboring populations and countries, were the elements that need to get fixed/modified, and not the other way around....
