Have you found this to be true?

It seems like liberals are almost always outspoken, while conservatives by-and-large keep their beliefs to themselves. Liberalism is "safer" to express in most social settings, and it also places a high value on evangelism.

I think this is kind of a whitepill. A lot of people become demoralized after seeing all the liberal messaging around them. It helps to recognize that liberals are just a lot more likely to speak, and that the silent majority often harbors conservative feelings they're too hesitant to share.

The last guy I shared an office with seemed really uptight, but thorough and punctual about his work; German last name, too. He did soften a bit, but politics really didn't come up until a few weeks into the job. I'd up the estimate to a month, but by and large, a few days is usually plenty to tell.
