SCOTUS 'already ruling' on this case is some kritarchy bullshit. It boils down to an appeal to authority, illogical argument.
From the 4th Amendment:
>The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects... shall not be violated...
If the SCOTUS doesn't recognize that I have a right to be secure in my person, bring on Civil War 2.0. I'd rather die that way than by some (((Gates Foundation))) population control concoction.
