Interesting to see if leftoids would use 'state's rights' all the sudden as a key platform issue. I also want to see how far "state compacts" go.

Current speculation, as a resident of Commiefornia, the three West coast states pact would allow free travel between the three but only if you are tracked and vaccinated. Basically, this is literally the mark of the beast as those that study the Bible talk about. You wouldn't be allowed to enter without doing one or both and if they did let you enter, you'd probably have to go under some kind of quarantine.

It would be like the Soviet Union where you need approval to go anywhere and do anything.

With all the secessionist movements on the west coast, I would not be surprised such a 'pact' is history in the making in terms of autonomy; but the world's 8th largest economy cannot slip away from the Federal Government.

Here in the 'northeast pact', I see Philly comments and news bites about hassles at the border's between states (PA drinkers going on booze runs).

Cuomo and Newsom also happen to have the regional economies and media support to resist the Feds.

Yes, but I don't see the DNC allowing it to go any further than them working closer with each other than actually leaving. That's 79 or 80 guaranteed Electoral votes. What these pacts are going to do is flex their muscle on the rest of the country and force all the other states to play by their rules.

There's a war on the other side of the horizon...in 2016-2017 it was with Russia, then NKorea and back to Russia. Since 2018 the opponent, according to the media, is Iran, it was China (but not as close as the other countries listed, they have been waging an economic war against us for decades). At the moment, with these pacts forming and the dems going full nanny-state tyrannical assholes, it looks like it could be the boogaloo.
