I honestly don't know who to blame for that one, it could be consolidation, could be boomers, could be the generation before them, could be technology. I can't even begin to suggest what caused the problem really but I sure as hell can see one. People especially those of higher means seem to get really uncomfortable when I want to talk about it though. When we value all our employees and pay them all well and give them job security more money gets injected back into local economies and I really struggle to see the downside to that. Henry Ford was a smart dude.
