Use brave browser and turn on script blocking. They don't need JavaScript to deliver a static article anyway, works great and no stupid cookie warning. Feel free to disable all cookies too

Nah. I have faith in Waterfox. I don't need that much privacy. Blocking Javascript just causes sites to not work right. And disabling cookies?! Even this site will not work right doing that. Try it!

The nice thing about brave is you can block on a site by site basis. So you can turn off cookies and/or js for problem sites, but everything else will still have them turned on.
