Context: I randomly got a message from some user I've never talked to before on another forum I visit. One message in, I get the message in the OP pic. Turns out, you don't have to be registered all that long to be eligible to vote in my current state. This is how the cancer metastasizes from communist strongholds. Further evidence the political/diplomatic solution is rapidly becoming untenable.
