Arabs probably could if they dropped Islam. I doubt Africans could ever build up Africa on their own though. Europeans should of gone scorched earth before they decolonized and destroyed/removed all the infrastructure they built. Africa is going to go through a famine. Either we cut aid (As we should) and they starve, or the West continued to import them, they take over, and can no longer provide aid to Africa, and Africa starves anyway. For anyone who says the dune coons are as dumb as blacks, just look at what Libya accomplished before it was on the receiving end of muh freedom and democracy. I wouldn't want them in white lands, but they can take care of themselves.
