I propose to gather the maximum informations on that event, what's happening now, every bits left and right and pass around the relevant parts so every1 knows what they are getting into
There's nothing worse than landing in a situation you didn't fully understood/anticipate, you end up caught off guard and that's not good
Also, and that's probably as important, picture what a successful event would look like, because if nobody has any idea of what it should be like, it's going to be a mess, and that's not good
And when I say successful I mean not as in fucking beirut 1982, to be clear
Again what's the objective, what's a success here, for a start
What's a flawless victory, or something as close as possible to it
I ask because it seems nobody has any idea of what it's supposed to be like
...
Then we can discuss the worst case scenarios eventually, what could turn horribly wrong, such as accelerationists seeing a disaster as a win, there are some like that and you don't need many
