I talk to the educated ones, so I don't care about the rest.
That's a pretty narrow sample to be basing your views on. If you're hoping for a revival in Islamic civilization, you do have to try and engage the masses to some degree.
And Islam at least has a basis for free speech while modern culture doesn't (since it lost Christianity).
Considering the harshness towards women, the lack of analyzing the Koran like you would any other text, and how Muslims aren't fond of differing views, that basis seems small. If anything, a revival of Christianity would be a better solution simply because it would be easier.
I haven't seen any examples that take religion or morality really seriously.
There are certainly pagan and Christian alt-righters. Considering fewer and fewer are identifying with the term it's hard to recall examples, but I remember there being plenty of debate between pagans and Christians. Alt-righters are also quite concerned with morals. They do talk about needing to fight degeneracy. I may not always agree with their quests for purity, but I'd say crusading against porn is quite moralistic.

Your criticism of Islam could just as well apply to medieval Catholicism. But because Christianity had a reasonable scripture and maintained some morals, it could be reformed and produce a civilization. In contrast, modern Christianity resembles every decaying terminally ill culture in history. It cannot be revived.

The only sane public figure that I know of on the right is Varg. The rest seem degenerate to me.
I disagree with the pessimism of your plan, but that could be because I'm typically an optimist. It is nice to hear someone care about eugenics. I wouldn't object to posting to some time.
