I agree with Paul that we should be seeking congressional approval for these types of actions. However that boat has long sailed. Presidents of both parties have been allowed to project military power in foreign lands for decades without such declarations. Unfortunately I do not see that changing any time soon. Perhaps if Rand is elected President.
