We need to amplify the signal before the Senate votes. It is not about modernization. It is about granting amnesty to illegal aliens and renewing indentured servitude to get cheaper labor. Big business is pushing this through and it is going to pass if there is not much resistance from people. It has passed the House of Representatives.
