When will it be recognized that circuit court judges issuing national injunctions is an overreach of judicial power? If I'm not mistaken, each time one of these has been heard by the Supreme Court it's been overturned. I think there should be repercussions for this kind of thing. I don't know if that means censure or recall, but just going on like it's business as usual doesn't feel right to me.
