Undervalued realization. The USA may be (relatively) free of low level corruption: We don't have to pay bribes to avoid traffic tickets, or expedite construction permits (glares at New Jersey and Illinois) but do have an incredible amount of corruption at the higher tiers of government. Does anyone think that clinton speaking for 45 minutes adds hundreds of dollars of value? No, it's a thinly veiled bribe.
