Red flag laws mean nothing .. they cannot search your house.
Turn guns in ? Just don't do it.
That's when they go back and get the warrant if they don't already have it.
Red Flag Laws are the evolution of See Something, Say Something...they've been working on us to rat out our neighbors since 9/11.
They cannot get a warrant to search your house for guns (unless you tell them you have guns in your house) due to a red flag law.
They cannot...yet.

They'll be allowed to stand and hardly enforced, or if done so, the media will barely report on it. And in 20-30 years it will be massively normalized, and ammo will be hard to get.

The person behind the suit had his guns taken away after a judge determined he was posting anti-Semitic content online. The cops came and took his guns. He could have either complied and sued (as he did) or gone down fighting, which is what they want.
A) never store all your guns in one place.
B) know how to make new guns (these red flag laws do not make you a prohibited person...you could give them all your guns and then, the next day, make more)
Well if they use them to make you fail a background check, I guess a lot of people who would only get them that way wont have guns for them to take in the first place.
Remember that the gov't can make anything a felony.
Its why the right is not limited to non-felons.
All freemen have the RKBA.
When people go to prison, they are separated from their guns, physically. They can still own guns. Once out, their RKBA are perfected again.
