Way too early. Not for some. Was listening to the radio today and some asshat called in saying he bets that not only will Trump not be the re-elected but he won't even be the primary. Its was hilarious. The host told him that he isn't allowed to bet on the air but if he wants to put up a donation to his favorite charity and visa versa he would gladly say wager.

I agree about the libertarians, but I don't bother voting for them for president, no chance of winning. Only time I did was when McCain ran, I knew Bob Barr didn't have a hell's chance, but I couldn't force myself to vote McCain.
