They are in powerful positions of the most powerful country on earth bilking millions for personal gain while aligned with an evil power that controls the media, academia, the deep state, and silicon valley/big business. I'd hardly call that dumb, and thanks to the demographic shift that our politicians sold us out for in the 80's, unstoppable.
