I'm not a clever man but it seems to me that, as a nation, we could defend ourselves against foreign invavasion with well regulated militias on the local & state level (physical & digital/virtual ) with each individual granted the right to keep & bare arms to the best of their ability. Avoiding foreign entanglements to the greatest part possible. Cut Pentagon speeding? Yes! But don't squander those dollars on the pipe dream of paying for the health care of any who claim illicit citizenship of the country at the expense of taxpayers. Cut the spending & get the federal government out of the business of health care. It has no place interceeding in the business of intrastate business. To the extent that health care had become interstate it is the fault of state governments deferring to the federal government when they should have been negotiating among themselves & reigning in corporate overreach. It's late & I should be in bed but that's my 2 poalbucks.
