Secondly, the defense budgets is currently set at 15% of the overall budget, which is equal to what’s set aside for our federal spending on Medicare. You are talking about skyrocketing the spending, far more than double what’s now spent, cutting defense spending altogether wouldn’t make up the difference.....Social security is 24% of the budget and look how great that’s working out for us lol.
