I don't think they'll be a superpower for too long. Their finances are fucked, and if the US stops trading with them, they'll regress to the dark ages. They've spent a lot of their money trying for global conquest with "one belt one road" (what the fuck does that even mean?) where they've given loans to other third world shit-holes, and are expecting it to be paid back... ha!
