The current sticking points, as I understand them, are to continue the ACA credits and continue the level of payments hospitals receive for treating those who have no method of payment (i.e. illegals) but otherwise would be eligible for medicaid. The first is ending, the second is highly reduced.
Eligibility for DACA was terminated.
Outside of hospitals not turning away anyone needing ER care (Reagan did that because hospitals really used to do that), illegals shouldn't be getting shit.
