The map of CONUS that shows the true state of the US, with blue cities, and the rest of the country red, might be a wake up for networks. There's a lot of money to lose. Fuck kimmel, stewart《liebowitz》and colbert.
I have said this at least a hundred times here.
There are no blue states, only blue cities.
I will modify that today.
It is impossible for blue cities to exist without the RED in their states. They will all wither and die without us. As such. We hold the power and always have. We should start acting like it.
My tbought as well.
I'm so happy the FCC is actually doing something.
Don't forget about rachel madcow and don lemon
I didn't know he was still a thing. Then again, I've never seen his show. Do any post boomers still watch network television?
Yeah, I know what you mean. I only see trash tv when I travel and it is extremely limited if I am bored and want to see what cable looks like (its garbage, just get your laptop and a VPN running and if you don't have WiFi, you should just take videos with you or read a book).
Even with all of that said, he is still fired. Even the old people that still have cable don't want to see his bullshit anymore and they were probably bleeding money on him. He probably breached a ethics clause with that last show and they took it to get rid of him for the cheapest cost possible.
If you are still watching cable TV, you are probably watching one of them.
Is he still a thing?
No. Colbert contract was soon to expire anyway.
So they chose to finally start firing these people over misinformation, huh. I wonder what took them so long and why they stopped allowing the rampant misinformation. All of the sudden they're concerned about their propaganda losing money?
Per my other post. It probably started really costing them money and he breached a ethics clause so they saw it as a great chance to get rid of him for the lowest cost possible.
I mean free speech, but an ethics clause, as you say, or the potential loss of what, a trillion $?
Fcc head threatening to pull broadcast license.
