Apparently he was 300 yards away on a rooftop and people saw him run away after he shot Kirk in the neck.

Kirk had security and bodyguards around him, but I don't think he ever imagined getting shot by a skilled snipper (clean shot to the carotid artery in the neck).

Who was the incompetent security company? And has anyone doxed the guy on X that basically said don't worry about Kirk on the campus tomorrow, there will be a significant event...
