The boomer arrested was apparently not the shooter. He was arrested for obstruction.

They apparently have a suspect in custody now. The shot came from a rooftop some distance away. Shooter is most likely a they/them lunatic.

He was yelling "Shoot me! Shoot me!" as the cops took him away.
