Yep, The exchange rate has been crazy lopsided (in USD's favor) for a LONG time. At the same time. If you know any actual Russians they are so similar to Americans it would shock most people. They (Americans) believe all of the media bullshit. Hell, they (Russians) listen to most of the same music as us and have for decades. They are more pro-family, growing/cooking your own food/etc. I don't see the problem here.
