This was during Tampon Timmy's lockdowns (George Floyd riots + covid) late May 2020, he wanted people to stay at home, INSIDE their homes, sent his goon squad out to help enforce his unconstitutional dictates. My error in the title, should have said paintballs, not pepperballs.
