To point out, those percentages add up to over 700%. These percentages are for percentage of households of those nationalities/races using EBT, not nationalities/races as percentage of US population using EBT.

e.g. Afghan 45.6% That's not 45.6% of EBT users are Afghani, it is 45.6% of Afghani households are EBT users, 54.4% of US Afghani households do not.

Somali 42.4% means 42.4% of Somali households in the US are EBT users, 57.6% are not.

White 8.6% means only 8.6% of White US households are EBT users, 91.4% are not.
