Little problem is most men that work labor are in that bottom 40% so they pay rent so landlords can't pay mortgages and then banks go under.
They also shop buying a lot of stuff they also create a lot of stuff in factories, in construction, also pay their own mortgages in likely 30% at least of them and buy and fix cars.
Yeah grok needs far more programming since this is a lot of the economy not just welfare, minorities, criminals, etc.
Also you'ld lose a lot of jobs like police and fireman that also contribute to the economy so it would be like the WEF wants, all workers are slaves and the rich control everything.
Thing is workers do mass escapes and burn all the rich people shit to the ground. Then they'll need workers to rebuild it all so it fails as fast as it fixes, also power lines, trains, garbage, and everything needs the poor so you'd then just have to expand the plan again and again till you get the 60's.
An alternate plan would be for them to start paying taxes and not get welfare. It would decrease their standard of living, but at least no work camp.
Maybe we can give them a choice of which route they wish to take.
It's mostly cities or deep country area's like the apalacians for food stamps no jobs, high crime areas where no businesses will open shop and places where treaties drove factories out to another country.
If they'd fund businesses with lower taxes with high welfare but simple jobs they could get a lot of workers just need to give a short term tax breaks till they find and train the workers.
