It's about individualism vs collectivism. I don't really recall anti-semitic themes. Although jews being the tribalists they are and using collectivism to destroy nations, I suppose you could see that, but it isn't something Rand explores.
It's also worth noting that Rand was a jewish immigrant from Russia. She held pro-Israel views, although she condemned all forms of religion. Despite her background her novels are worth reading imo.
