I am getting tired of waiting. I know it "takes time to build a case" but we have known their guilt for YEARS. I know that when (it better fucking be when not if) charges are brought they want a open-close case that cannot be argued against.

I still want to see at least ONE of these corrupt fucks in jail. The sooner the better.

It depends on multiple things and especially on state. In Colorado most companies just blanket approve unless you really REALLY fucked up. I imagine that most blue shitholes are the same.
