Mock and shame them. Their emotions and drug habit (SSRIs or more) will be enough to drive them further into insanity to the point they cannot even function in society at all.
Make them so traumatized to exist in public that they simply stop existing in public. They already don't reproduce and the few that do tend to kill their kids before they are born. It would only take a generation or two for them to stop existing at all.
