Some of the farming/ranching towns are apparently ok but they may just be "red" when compared to the insanity on the coast. Not Red as in "Wyoming red".
Before I answer...when was the last time you were in CA, and more specifically, the central valley where these farms are?

Back in the day (2015) it was called the Clinton Archipelago. A series of tiny islands with very large (suspiciously) proportions of Dem voters.

As a PNW resident, you need to even be more detailed than that. There are areas between those cities that are die-hard red. It's literally just the low-iq faggots in the cities.
