When up against an enemy with no principles, holding tight to your own to the point you'd rather strangle yourself than them is just giving them rope to hang you with and offering your neck. The enemy is willing to do anything to destroy us in every way. Why should we not return the favor? Legality means nothing when the laws essentially say "Jews win, Whites go extinct."
