1) Congress basically has no authority to arrest these clowns other than that 'inherent contempt' that they are afraid to use against Mayorkas. And these hearings wouldn't rise to contempt charges. 2) As long as Merrick Garland is the AG, no Democrat fears standing up and lying to Congress.
