To be fair, the Prigozhin remark is clearly satirizing the ludicrious NPC wishful thinking at the time that the leader of a Russian mercenary group drawn from Russian prisons was going to march on Moscow and overthrow it for the glory of Neoliberalism. Most people have memoryholed it, but the media at the time was spouting George Bush grade hopium when his rebellion started.
I give Vance crap for a lot, but slipping it into a list of absurd NPC talking points to see who realizes they're ALL bullshit is pretty funny.
