Wouldn't surprise me if some double agents aren't being created here. Maybe I'm too conspiratorially minded but if I were an elite small hat I might tell some of my stable of goys to purposely not vote in support so our media machine can craft an image of them being an outsider that the suspicious goys can trust. Knowing they are in a firmly red seat and can be leveraged later.
