Biden's avenue to federalizing the police would be organizing and unleashing antifa, blm, illegal invaders, criminals wrath (with federal support) onto the American public to create the situation that allows him to federalize the state police. It would be one hell of a mess.

Biden's handlers are planning very unpleasant things for us this year in order for them to cling to power. I'm confident that includes death, destruction and mayhem in Dem controlled cities and suburbs. How that goes down I can only speculate. If the Feds provide weapons and ammo to their 3rd world embedded army and the Feds go after Patriotic Americans who resist them (including federalizing state police) ... huge mess. It could look like 1861.
1861 indeed, that's not what they want, though. They're in it for the long haul. Slow and steady. Tos here says don't incite violence. It's okay for the government though.
