I'm an alcoholic and went to rehab. More importantly, alcoholics are consider to be people with disabilities under the Americans with Disabilities act of 1990, and it is illegal to discriminate in hiring against alcoholics and drug addicts who have sought treatment for their disabilities. But surely you wouldn't discriminate against an otherwise qualified individual such as myself. I mean, you did see the portfolio of poetry I attached to the cover letter, didn't you?
