That shitty piece of legislation is changing culture in the US more than anything since the immigration act of 1965. I clearly remember the main justification was that US service members returning from abroad were very upset that they were not allowed to listen to Armed Forces radio in the United States, because it was propaganda only suitable for foreign audiences. Ha! It is a great frustration to me that more people are not aware of this. Thanks for posting.
