Okay, I may be wrong about it but being part of the exhibit but the guy is clearly trolling. Hell, the banana "exhibit" is called "The Comedian." He's also mknown for a golden toilet called "America."

This guy is just clowning and making a lot of money doing it.

It is possible he is trolling. But in clown world its equally likely that the thinks himself to be a brilliant "artist" for the bullshit garbage he "creates" and is worthy of the money/fame/etc.

I have known a few "Artistic" types and some of them are so full of themselves that they actually would think taping a fruit to a wall is actually a statement.
