cia should be written as, cia/mossad or mossad/cia.

Always lower case.

Hahahahahahahaha the first suggestion is too busy and doesn't fit the meme. The second suggestion is what I started on old voat but looks too weird for initialisms and it really doesn't have the full effect for the point.
