Good thing the chinks always cut corners when it comes to building things. You could hand them the most incredible design for a warship that would be superior to everything for a hundred years to come and they would still turn it into a semi-floating pile of chinesium shit that's no better than a Junk Boat. I'm not worried about this development. Just look at their buildings and dams to see how things stick to the design.
