Yeah this shit NEVER comes at a good time but I feel like I'm in the middle of the tracks with the train coming. I KNEW this was coming and I've tried to beat it. Sold my house in Jew York back in November and leaving end of the month. Needed the extra time. Building a new one in South Dakota BUT due to the weather it isn't finished yet. That wouldn't matter if shit was normal but NOW it's not. I have 375g in my savings waiting for the closing. another 40k on deck in another bank. One is a Credit Union bank the other not a woke POS that gambles your money like its Bingo night but that means nothing when the drain gets opened. So here I am with my money flagging in the breeze, no home to stay in and one that isn't finished and my ass is clenching wondering If I'm going to find my down payment money gone tomorrow. Wife JUST took her retirement and pension. Hasn't even gotten the first checks yet and now I'm wondering if there will end up even BEING any checks. Ahhh life. Isn't it FANTASTIC?
