The most dangerous person in the world is a stupid sociopath. Not a smart sociopath, who can usually avoid screwing himself by causing disasters and pain all around him; not a psychopath, who cannot control himself and hence gets arrested and sent to prison quickly. A stupid sociopath keeps causing harm day after day after day, and is too dumb to realize it or stop.
