You can make great ideas but if you have jews carrying out the orders you won't accomplish anything. War on drugs could easily be well intentioned if the CIA were trustworthy they could have eliminated a social scourge and destroyed gangs and gang culture but jews neeeeded that anchor on the white man's ankle and a base for a communist revolution. Drugs produce poverty and poverty is the soil in which communism takes root. Getting rid of drugs wasn't the problem the CIA is.
