I'm gonna go with this being a fake quote/ meme.
'Goon' is totes not a 1st century word - nor are some of the others (ie, Doctor and Lawyer)
It's funny that you say this because after re-reading the meme I started thinking along the same lines. I wondered if it's totally made up or just modified, so I did a quick search.
