you can also include trade unions in there, "unions" aside you take a test to get into the union. its basically a retard test that keeps out the trash. You get put to work sure you get bitch work but you're also learning the trade, they have classes that you're required to attend to advance. You end up getting all your licenses and certificates for the trade for the cost of union dues, get all that dont like the union then pack up and leave without owing anything for the training.
