I blasted my company for this shit in an "anonymous" survey and said it's amazing these guys scratch their heads at turn over rates and HR cases but can't figure out that meeting quotas and forcing diversity over merit is losing company value.
It was never brought up I don't want to be an example for that. But I see them constantly moving up niggers and females but the good workers are just there, usually white. If you're black or female and work mediocre, they want to promote you and move you up fast.
